A: You can put up to 100 lbs of your personal stuff in the vehicle, however you will be doing so at your own risk.
A: Yes. We recommend your vehicle be clean prior to pick up so that any scratches or damage on the car prior to transportation can be noted.

This depends on the kind of pick up you opt for. In the case of scheduled you can arrange a desired pick up time with our company. Similarly, same day deliveries will be easily arranged and we will send you a time as soon as possible. If you are in no rush, we will find the most convenient carrier to meet your needs in a timely fashion.
The delivery of your asset again will depend on the service you choose. If you choose scheduled you will arrange and know the time, same day you will be given an estimated time and if you are opt for standard we will make sure you asset is shipped to you as soon as possible finding the most adequate carrier for you.
Our highly professional customer service offers both online tracking and tracking via telephone and email. We are available 24/7/365 meaning you can find out the exact location of your asset at any given time.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:
A: Regarding payment we accept all cards ( visa, master card, American express) . You can also pay partially by card and partially by cash. Generally, deposit is charged by card and then if you wish you can pay the remaining balance upon delivery in cash.
A: There is a minimum deposit of $150 when making a booking.
A: If for any reason you cancel our services you should do so 2 days prior to pick up. If the reservation has not been canceled the deposit is non-refundable.
